An attractive nose is a natural looking one that compliments and fits harmoniously with a man’s face.
For men who are unhappy with the appearance of their nose and overall facial structure, rhinoplasty may be able to dramatically enhance their image and self-confidence.
Rhinoplasty (nose surgery) is a plastic surgery procedure to improve the aesthetics and function of the nose. The procedure reshapes and repairs the nasal structure and can be combined with septoplasty. By combining the two treatments we can improve the appearance of the nose and correct any structural problems that might be related to breathing problems.
The goal of rhinoplasty is carried out to improve the shape of the nose, correct life-long aesthetic issues and deformities that have occurred as a result of injury.
Nose Surgery is about creating an attractive, natural looking nose that aesthetically blends with a man’s face. Tailored to suit your individual needs and concerns, rhinoplasty has helped a number of men regain their youthful facial appearance.
What nose surgery can do for you and your face.
After your initial consultation with one of the surgeons at Coastal Plastic Surgery we will determine what the best course of action for you and your aesthetic needs is. If you have a large nose, nose surgery can make it smaller and reshape it to improve the improvement in the nasal balance. One of the bonuses of nose surgery is that it is a treatment that can restore the health and aesthetics of your nose.
Your initial consultation with the surgeons at Coastal Plastic Surgery will consist of an examination of both the external and internal structure of your nose and its relation to the rest of your face.
Some of the benefits of nose surgery (rhinoplasty) include:
- Improved confidence and self-esteem;
- A more harmonious facial appearance
- Improvement of breathing issues
- Correction of a deviated or crooked nose.
Rhinoplasty is conducted over one to three hours, and is usually performed under general anaesthetic. The surgery is typically performed as a “day surgery” with the patient returning home several hours after.
What to expect post-rhinoplasty
After the nose surgery you will experience bruising and swelling around the eyes, however this will subside. The swelling in your nose will go down, in some cases it may still be present several months after the rhinoplasty.
